Deb Voyt has spent more than 30 years helping people and organizations grow-first as a global business and human resources leader and today as an executive coach, consultant, and equine-guided learning facilitator.
She is the founder of Maple Ridge Farm in Holly, Michigan, where she brings together two long-time passions: developing people and creating meaningful connections with horses and nature. Through experiential coaching and facilitated programs, Deb helps leaders, professionals, and teams step away from the noise and pace of everyday life, become more present, and reconnect with what matters most.
Deb holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management and an MBA and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Martha Beck Certified Master Wayfinder Coach and has extensive training in equine-guided learning and leadership development.
Her approach combines practical business experience with curiosity, intuition, humor, and a deep belief in the capacity of people to grow and change. Whether working with an executive team or gathering with a small group at the farm, Deb creates experiences that invite people to slow down, listen differently, discover new possibilities, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
At Maple Ridge Farm, Deb believes some of our most important insights emerge when we give ourselves permission to step away from our routines, spend time in nature, and simply be present.
