    Hi 

    Wishing everyone a happy and healthy new year. The meeting will be 1/8 at the coffee shop again. The doors open at 8:00 and meeting will start 8:15. Please arrive early to order your coffee. 

    The topic will be health and wellness. Learn practical and easy to implement strategies from some of our health and wellness practitioners. 

    Looking forward to seeing everyone next week.

    I want to to visit the new group and add it to my calendar.

    Its on the second Wednesday of the month correct, 8 to 9am?  And what is the name/address of the coffee shop?
