We're excited to welcome Dr. Margie Bryce to our North Oakland County Affinity Group for a timely conversation about something most of us are experiencing but rarely name: burnout.
Dr. Bryce is a certified leadership coach with a doctorate in clergy leadership who specializes in helping high-capacity women in leadership prevent burnout and lead with clarity. She's lived the signs herself—and has guided countless others back from the brink.
In this workshop, we'll explore how burnout develops not from one bad season, but when our pace stays high while our load quietly increases. Together, we'll identify where that imbalance is happening in our own lives and make small, strategic adjustments before performance and well-being are compromised.
Dr. Bryce brings a unique perspective shaped by her work with driven, service-minded women who carry a lot—whether they're managing teams, running organizations, or leading from behind the scenes. She's also the host of The Crabby Pastor podcast and creates stained-glass artwork as a personal practice of rest and restoration.
